Name goof up by front desk. Some other name was punched against my room 306. Could not get access to WiFi since room number and surname did not match

Nice property, near the location where I wanted to stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful, good attitude and professional

Shared feedback on sheets being stained, towels stained, small insects near the window, the quality of body wash was bad. Did not like daily knocking on the door for laundry cleaning, the water kettle was not clean.

Room was ok. Small bathroom. Just a business hotel

Just one restaurant. Limited food choices. Isolated location and no activity around the hotel

The place is good

The hotel is 24hrs on maintenance, you hear sounds from everywhere. One of the worst managed Marriot ones for sure.

Breakfast spread was Good and Tasty. Staff were very courteous

The room is TOO SMALL for 2 people. No Bell-desk or any one to take our bags to the room although the Man in the Reception was kind enough to help us.

The staffs were very kind in the restaurant. Very good service by Mr. Sarathy at the restaurant. The rooms were clean. Overall, the hotel exceeded the expectations.

I made my family stay at this property, who were travelling for 1st time, since the brand MARRIOT allowed me safe bet. I travel all across the world and Marriot has a brand image worldwide, bcoz of which I booked. When my family landed 1st day, thy found it no where near to expectation, the rooms were stinking, the floor carpets has bad smell, after long discussion we realised that it was not original Marriot, but it was Holiday INN.

Mahindra city marriot - bed was not clean. I got itching after stay. Not value for money. Bed size is too small. When we enter the room it stinks

Rooms were stinking. Rooms r quite old and need renovation. Beds r no more comfortable. Bathrooms needs repair.
